PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE REGISTERING and refer back to it if necessary--the process will go more smoothly if you know what to expect!
We have just launched a new online registration program that is a bit rough around the edges. There have been reports of the system crashing, but it does save your information. So just re-log in and continue the process.
Thanks in advance for your patience and perseverance during registration. We're working to make the registration process shorter and more user-friendly AND we are here to help you should you run into any roadblocks. To register, follow these steps:
**Please be sure you are using Internet Explorer 7 or 8 or Firefox with a PC and only Firefox with a Mac.
Step 1
To begin on-line registration for your child’s program, please click here.

Click on the first link, called "Click here to use our Online Registration Process" (shown below):

Step 2:
This link will take you to the log-in page. If this is your first time using on-line registration, create a new username and password, and write log in info down someplace you will remember it.
After you fill out the required information, click “Next” and go through the “Disclaimer and Acknowledgement” page. Make sure to Accept and Enter Your Name.
Step 3:
The next page is where you enter basic information about your child. (If you are registering more than one child, you will have a chance to enter the other children later). Once that is complete, click “Next” and you will be able to select the program you want to register for.
Once you select a program, click “Next” to choose a program price tier.
We have divided our sliding scale payment system into tiers for you to select from, wherever you feel is fairest for your financial situation. Check our Programs Page for Price Tier details. Please contact us if you need additional financial assistance. We can also set up a payment plan for you, if that helps your family.
The program will then ask you for the following information:

Camper Address Information – Enter address.

Parent Guardian Information

Emergency Contact Info
-
Profile Information – tell us more about your family and your child. There is also a line to enter your scholarship needs. Also make sure to enter pertinent medical information.

Heard about the Camp from Information
Additional Items to be Tracked information – just click next
Once you select a price tier and click “Next”, you will be able to review information you have entered. At the bottom of the page should be a “Make Payment/Logout” link for you to follow to finish registering and pay. For those of you who have already paid your $50 deposit, please just subtract that amount from the total (we'll enter that $$ in after you've registered).
