| Phoebes (Young Women's Backpacking Trip) August 9th - 13th
Ages: Girls who will be entering 9th through 11th grades in Fall 2010
We will journey to a shady, creek side site tucked in Matilija Canyon of Ojai. Our practice will be to "keep it simple". We will pack in our food and cook as a community, collect our own drinking water and sleep under the stars. On a daily basis we will spend time in circle, wander from our base camp to towering water falls and create art! Experience camping is necessary to participate.

RAVEN-FOUR FIRES RENDEVOUZ: July 24-31, 2010
Ages: 13-17
This is a trip planned for our experienced teens. Please call us at 964-8096 if you are interested in joining and your youth has experience on expeditions with Wilderness Youth Project.

PEACE MAKER'S JOURNEY: July 5-9, 2010
This year we are offering a one week day camp for kids who have participated in Peace Makers Journey after-school program. The intention of this camp is to continue to build relationships developed during the school year, and strengthen self-awareness and social skills that improve the quality of one's life. The themes of our days will include exploring the Santa Ynez River, survival skills, and using maps to find far away places like Guadalupe Dunes. Children who are currently in the PMJ after-school program are given priority.
